Silent Hill f Locker Codes – How to Unlock Every Locker

Besides the Scarecrow puzzle or the Altar on the Shrine Path, you’ll also need to learn all Silent Hill f locker codes. As you’ll soon learn, these can be a bit tricky. At first, you’ll discover one locker and a clue, but the combination won’t make sense right away. More clues and lockers appear later as you explore, and eventually, you’ll uncover an alphanumeric cipher that explains how to actually solve the puzzle.

While the game first tells you to “Open the Locker in the Locker Room,” the real task is much bigger. You’ll need to search the entire school, collect several keys, and piece together clues that eventually reveal the correct Silent Hill f locker codes.

How to Open the First Locker in Silent Hill f

To open the lockers, you’ll first need access to the whole school:

  • Get the School Key – This lets you explore the second floor.
  • Open the Secret Box – Solving this gives you the Old Annex Main Gate Key.
  • Unlock the Old Annex – Once inside, you’ll find a note pointing to Ayumi’s locker, which holds another important key.

From here, head to the upstairs Annex through the central stairs. In the left-side classroom, you’ll find the Locker Room Key on a desk and a note about buses. This key opens a second locker room on the ground floor, next to the first one you found.

Inside the Annex, another note explains the cipher. It shows how certain letters are replaced with numbers and symbols. For example, “Satou” turns into “54+06,” since the letters are swapped for numbers that look similar (U = 6, for instance). Using this code, you can figure out that Ayumi’s locker opens with 865, which is the number version of “bus.”

This gives you the Key Cabinet Key, and later the Mountain Key, which lets you finish this section of the game. But it’s worth opening all the lockers because they hold upgrades and items that make things easier.

Do You Need to Open Every Locker?

Technically, you only need Asakura Ayumi’s locker code (865) to keep moving forward in Silent Hill f. However, opening all the lockers with the Silent Hill f locker codes is highly recommended since you’ll gain an inventory upgrade and a damage-boosting Omamori. Both make surviving the rest of the game much easier.
