Turn each fox statue so that it faces Mount Yotei. Each statue stands north, east, south, and west of the altar. Rotate all of them to face west toward Mount Yotei. Once all are aligned, the altar unlocks, revealing its treasure.
Reliquary of Strength – Location and Solution
This Ghost of Yotei Reliquary is found near Ishikari Fork in the Ishikari Plains. Travel north along the Ishikari River, then climb the eastern mountain to reach the top.

Turn the fox statues with demon masks so they face away from the altar, while the unmasked statue looks toward it. Move them in this order:

Reliquary of Compassion – Location and Solution
You’ll find this Reliquary in Teshio Ridge, near Sarobetsu Lake. Take the northwest path and make sure you’ve bought the Hankyu Bow from Ran the Bowyer at an inn or village. From the lake, go north past the Chilled Peak Shrine gate, follow the path up the mountain, and then go left at the next ice lake.
