How to Complete All Borderlands 4 World Events

Besides farming Eridium and unlocking cool new vehicles, players can take part in various Borderlands 4 World Events. Kairos is packed with things to do, but not everything is available whenever you want. Some of the biggest challenges come through World Events in Borderlands 4, which only appear at certain times and places. These events test your skills and luck but can also give you huge rewards if you know what to expect.

There are three main World Events in Borderlands 4, and each one offers plenty of loot, Cash, and Eridium. Here’s a full breakdown of all the Borderlands 4 World Events and how to complete them.

Order Airship Event

The Order Airship event happens in the Fadefields at the Flarewell. When it starts, Order Airships will fly in, and your task is simple: destroy as much of their property as possible, including their soldiers. The more chaos you cause, the better the loot.

Order troops are protected with Shields and Armor, so make sure you use the right elemental damage to break them down quickly.

During the event, you’ll also get the chance to board different airships hovering in the area. Step into their tractor beams to get pulled inside, then fight your way through enemies and complete side objectives. These can include:

  • Breaking into a ship’s armory
  • Starting a self-destruct sequence
  • Freeing (and defeating) Badass prisoners

Each ship you clear makes it easier to hit your destruction quota. Keep an eye out for switches, doors, wires, or weak points that can be shot to unlock new areas inside the ships.

At the end, you’ll walk away with loads of loot, including Eridium, making this one of the best Borderlands 4 World Events to chase whenever it appears on the map.

The Goredello Event

The Goredello event takes place in the gladiator arena called Goredello, found in Terminus Range. When the event opens, head inside and talk to Harold in the center to get things started.

This is a survival-style challenge where you fight wave after wave of enemies against a timer. Each wave has bonus objectives, like defeating enemies with melee attacks or blowing them up with barrels. Completing these side tasks gives you extra time if you’re running low.

The arena has several rounds, and your goal is to earn Platinum rank in each one. Reaching Platinum showers you with loot after every round, and finishing the entire event gives you even bigger rewards.

Creep Impact

The last of the big Borderlands 4 World Events is called Creep Impact. It happens in Carcadia Burn and is all about fighting endless Creeps. To start, talk to Gennifer in her bunker.

The event revolves around her cannon, Patootie, which she uses to destroy falling meteors. To keep it running, you’ll need to collect special space ore that drops from Creeps. Take the ore, put it in the grinder, and load Patootie so Gennifer can keep firing.

The loop is simple: kill Creeps, grab ore, power the cannon, and repeat. The longer you last, the better your final reward. At the end of the event, you can open chests near Gennifer’s bunker and keep whatever loot the Creeps dropped during the fight.

To succeed, bring a build that’s great at mobbing, since Creeps come in large waves and won’t stop spawning until the event ends.
