How to Get a Raptor in Roblox Grow a Garden

Much like the T-Rex from the Prehistoric Update, the Raptor in Grow a Garden is a Legendary pet you can only get from the Dinosaur Egg. You can earn Dinosaur Eggs by trading pets with Graham or by completing Dino Quests with Blaire. Believe it or not, this scary Velociraptor is a great pet for giving your crops the Amber mutation and for helping you move faster around your farm.

If you want to add the Raptor in Grow a Garden to your pet collection, you’re in luck! Here’s everything you need to know about the Raptor, what makes it special, and how its abilities work.

Since the Raptor in Grow a Garden is a Legendary pet, it will be rare to find in the game. Here’s how you can get a Dinosaur Egg:

Trade Pets with Graham (Dinosaur Eggs NPC)

Go to Graham, who stands by the DNA Machine in the center of the map. You can give him any pet (except dinosaur pets), but you will lose that pet forever. After one hour, you’ll get a Dinosaur Egg. If you give Graham a rarer pet, there’s a better chance it will turn straight into a dinosaur pet instead of just an egg.

Complete Dino Quests with Blaire

Talk to Blaire at the Prehistoric Quest stand behind Graham. Complete sets of three Dino Quests to earn rewards like Ancient Seed Packs, Dino Crates, and Dinosaur Eggs. Focus on the quests that reward Dinosaur Eggs to boost your chances of getting a Raptor.

What Does the Raptor Do in Grow a Garden?

The Raptor in Grow a Garden has two main abilities:

  • Amber Mutation Chance: After you collect plants, the Raptor has a chance to apply the Amber mutation to your crops. This mutation is more likely to happen on common plants and less likely on rare ones.
  • Movement Speed Boost: The Raptor also increases your movement speed, making it easier to get around your garden quickly.
