Much like the annoying jumping players in CoD BO7, players want to know how to kill a leaper in ARC Raiders. Unlike Black Op 7 zombies, Leaper in ARC Raiders is a mechanical menace. It leaps across massive distances, slamming and pinning players in just a few hits. Known among Raiders as the “spider thing,” this ARC enemy is fast, aggressive, and one of the hardest opponents to handle. But don’t worry, there’s a simple, effective way to take it down fast.
Here’s how to kill a Leaper in ARC Raiders with ease without wasting any Wolfpack grenades or rare gear.
How to Kill a Leaper in ARC Raiders

The secret lies in two simple tools: a Ferro weapon and a Blaze Grenade. Together, they can melt through the Leaper’s armor and end the fight in seconds.
- Ferro Weapon: You can craft a Ferro after just one raid. It’s cheap, reliable, and perfect for dealing heavy damage to ARCs.
- Blaze Grenade: Found as ground loot or crafted easily. To craft it, you’ll need 1x Explosive Compound and 2x Oil at a Level 3 Explosive Station.
- Don’t have the materials? No problem — you can also buy it directly from the Trader.
These two items are all you need to cheese through the Leaper’s defenses and survive the encounter.

- Find Shelter: Before engaging, locate a building or enclosed structure. The Leaper in ARC Raiders can’t fit indoors.
- Wait for It to Stop Moving: The Leaper tends to pause briefly between leaps.
- Throw the Blaze Grenade: Once stationary, toss the Blaze Grenade at it. Fire is this ARC’s biggest weakness.
- Paralyze and Aim: A direct Blaze hit will paralyze the Leaper, leaving its weak point, the glowing eye, exposed.
- Use Ferro to Finish It: Quickly switch to your Ferro and unload shots into the eye for maximum damage.
If you’ve got multiple Blaze Grenades, the Leaper won’t stand a chance. A single grenade can stun it, and a Ferro follow-up can destroy it almost instantly.
