Similar to how you get servants in V Rising, in CampFire Studio’s sandbox survival game, you can recruit tribesmen. However, sending them into enemy territory is risky, which is why you need to know how to save in Soulmask. Similarly, respawning tribesmen in your game can be a bit tricky, but with the right items and steps, it’s a straightforward process.
Here’s how to save them and how to respawn tribesmen in Soulmask if they get captured or killed.
How to Save in Soulmask: Captured Tribesmen
When tribesmen venture out, they can be captured by Barbarians. This can happen anywhere, even when they’re working a bit away from your camp. To save them, follow these steps:
Detecting Captured Tribesmen
Check your map regularly. When a tribesman is captured, a message will appear on the map saying, “X has been captured!” You have a limited time to save them before they are sacrificed and lost forever.
Finding and Rescuing the Captive
After a few minutes, the map will update with a new message: “X will be sacrificed after…” with a countdown. You usually have about an hour to find and save them. Go to the marked location on the map. You’ll find the tribesman either in a cage or tied to an altar. Use a hammer or pickaxe to break the cage or altar quickly. Other weapons take longer and may not be as efficient.
Preventing Captures
- Build defenses around your camp.
- Equip tribesmen with weapons and gear.
- Build a Statue of God to repel invaders and give your tribesmen buffs. You’ll need:
- Thick Rope x10
- Stone x38
- Beast Bone x10
- Leather x10
Place the statue at your base, and your tribesmen will benefit from its protection.
How to Respawn Tribesmen in Soulmask
Respawning tribesmen in Soulmask requires specific items and steps. Here’s how you can bring them back to life.
Required Items
- Mysterious Stone Table
- Mysterious Stone Table Part One
Setting Up the Mysterious Stone Table
Place the Mysterious Stone Table slightly away from the wall. Make sure the part is correctly attached so that the “Remodel” option appears when you interact with the table.
Respawning a Tribesman
Interact with the Mysterious Stone Table. Click the respawn button or press ‘R’ on your keyboard. The process takes about 30 minutes. It should be noted that respawning costs 400 mask energy and two green crystals.
Finding the Mysterious Stone Table Parts
Search for the parts in specific map locations, particularly in dungeons guarded by various enemies. Key locations include Ancient Ruins and other dungeons like Holy Ruins. Equip your tribesman with blunted weapons and bring corrosion tanks for battling mechanical enemies. Set up a campfire before entering a dungeon to create a respawn point.
By following these steps, you can efficiently save and respawn tribesmen in Soulmask.
