Once you arrive at the Underground Parish, tag the nearby Branch to save your progress, then move through the hallway. You’ll meet a doctor named Adrammalech and his robot assistant, Assis. Talk to Adrammalech, and he will offer to trade for your Nucleus. If you don’t want to trade with him, you can also speak to Assis.

Trading Nucleus requires both the boss’ Nucleus and several thousand Crystals. Keep in mind that you usually cannot get duplicates of the same Nucleus from unique bosses in one playthrough.
