Sony has officially revealed the PlayStation Plus free games for June, and it’s a solid lineup packed with shooters, horror, street art, and hoops. Subscribers on the PlayStation Plus Essential tier can expect to grab four titles this month, with one arriving a little earlier than the rest.

Headlining the drop is Destiny 2: The Final Shape, launching May 28, just before the rest of the games go live on June 4. This expansion wraps up Destiny’s Light and Darkness saga with a new location inside the Traveler, some game-changing narrative stakes, and that classic Bungie gunfeel. If you’ve ever wanted to punch a god in space, your time has come.
Also joining the PlayStation Plus Essential tier games lineup is Bomb Rush Cyberfunk, the spiritual successor to Jet Set Radio. It’s all grind rails, tagging turf, and avoiding law enforcement with breakneck flips and funky beats. Whether you’re here for the tricks or the tracks, this one delivers both.
Then there’s Alone in the Dark, a reimagined version of the horror classic featuring David Harbour and Jodie Comer. Southern Gothic meets survival horror in a slow-burning mystery through Derceto Manor, and if you like your scares with a touch of Southern drawl, this might be your jam.
Lastly, sports fans can get their fix with NBA 2K25, bringing new rosters, sharper visuals, and your regular dose of MyCareer drama. Whether you’re running the paint or grinding VC, it’s all here.
The PlayStation Plus free games for June will be available to claim from June 4 to July 1, with Destiny 2: The Final Shape arriving a week early on May 28.
