Since the game’s global release on May 8, players have been wondering: who are Solo Leveling ARISE best Shadow Soldiers? To do that, we’ve made a Solo Leveling ARISE Shadow tier list. Shadows are undead beings created by the Shadow Monarch. According to the manhwa and anime, the Shadow Monarch uses his Shadow Extraction ability to revive defeated creatures and humans. After completing Chapter 9, players can change Sung Jinwoo’s job and unlock the Army of Shadows. Currently, there are four available Shadows, with another teased but not yet playable.
In this Solo Leveling ARISE Shadow tier list, we’ll evaluate and rank four existing Shadows from best to worst.
Solo Leveling ARISE Best Shadow Soldiers?
In our Solo Leveling ARISE Shadow tier list, we’ve ranked all Shadows in four tiers: S, A, B, and C. S-tier Shadows are the best in the game, while C-tier ones are less effective. This list will be updated as more Shadows are added to the game. Without further ado, here is the list.
Solo Leveling ARISE Shadow Tier List
S-Tier Shadow
Igris – The First Shadow and currently the best in the game. Appointing Igris as Shadow Authority grants a 4% Crit Hit Rare buff to all members at base level. Igris’ abilities include:
- Blade Axle
- Earth Slash
- Quadruple Wave
A-Tier Shadow
Blades – The Cold-blooded Fighter may not be S-tier, but it offers great reliability. As Shadow Authority, Blades provides a 3% ATK buff to the team. Its abilities are:
- Spinning Strike
- Moonlight Dancing
- Frost Gazer
B-Tier Shadow
Iron – Known as the Musclebound Menace, Iron is currently ranked in the B-tier. Despite this, Iron’s presence as Shadow Authority boosts all allies’ HP by 7.5%, making the team stronger. Iron’s abilities include:
- Iron Hammer
- Charge Iron
C-Tier Shadow
Tank – The Leader of the Snowy Mountain has fallen out of the meta. However, as Shadow Authority, Tank increases all allies’ DEF by 6%, enhancing team durability. Tank’s abilities are:
- Tank Press
- Tank Charge
It is worth noting that our Solo Leveling ARISE Shadow tier list favors Shadows with strong AOE damage-dealing abilities, as they excel in missions requiring the defeat of multiple enemies. However, even lower-ranked Shadows like Iron and Tank can be crucial in certain situations. As more Shadows are introduced, this tier list will evolve to help you choose the best Shadow Soldiers for your team.
