How to Tame All Mounts in Soulmask
Alpaca
- How to Tame: Use a medium trap to capture young Alpacas. Bait the traps with fruits or vegetables. Kill the adult Alpacas to avoid interference, and wait for the young ones to fall into the trap.
- After Taming: Carry the Alpaca to your base, feed it until it grows, and then use a saddle to turn it into a mount.
Llama
- How to Tame: Similar to Alpacas, but use pineapples, peanuts, or Llama Feed as bait.
- After Taming: Llamas can carry more than Alpacas and have different saddles for carrying unconscious NPCs, captured animals, and extra loot.
Jaguar
- How to Tame: Use blue tracks to find a Jaguar Mother after unlocking the Habitat Analysis node. Follow the mother to her cub, set medium traps with meat as bait, and wait for the cub to get caught.
- After Taming: Carry the cub back to your base, feed it fresh meat until it grows, and use a Jaguar saddle to turn it into a mount.
Ostrich
- How to Tame: Find an Ostrich egg, hatch it near a heat source at your base, and wait for it to grow.
- After Taming: Once matured, use a saddle to ride the Ostrich.
Snow Leopard
- How to Tame: Tame a Snow Leopard the same way as Jaguars, using blue tracks and medium traps.
- After Taming: Raise the cub with fresh meat and use a saddle to make it into a mount.
