You’ll need a lot of them, so knowing where to find Grounded 2 acorns will save you a ton of time. Luckily, we’ve got you covered.
Where to Find Grounded 2 Acorns

Grounded 2 acorns are mostly found in the Southwest and Northwest parts of the map. The best places to look are The Entrance and Pine Hill. These areas have big oak trees, and that’s where acorns drop. If you see a giant oak tree, look around its base and you’ll probably spot a few acorns lying on the ground.
The Entrance is the best spot for acorns. You’ll find them all over the place here. Pine Hill has some too, but not as many. The closer you get to the big oak trees, the more acorns you’ll find. Just remember, these areas can be a bit more dangerous than the starting zone. Watch out for Spiderlings, Orb Weaver Jr. spiders, and other bugs as you get closer to the trees.
How to Collect Grounded 2 Acorns
To break open an acorn in Grounded 2, you’ll need a level 1 Omni-Tool Hammer. This is one of the first tools you can upgrade, so you should have it pretty early in the game. Hit the acorn with your hammer, and it will break into Acorn Shells. Sometimes, you’ll also get an Acorn Top, but it’s not guaranteed every time.
Do Acorns Respawn in Grounded 2?
Yes, Grounded 2 acorns will come back in their spawn spots every 24 hours in the game. So even if you clear out all the acorns in an area, just wait a day and more will show up. This means you can keep coming back to the same spots to collect more.
Now you know exactly where to find Grounded 2 acorns and how to collect more of them. Keep checking the same spots, and you’ll always have enough Acorn Shells and Acorn Tops for all your crafting needs. For more Grounded 2 content, stay tuned to RetroNoob.
