The Star Wars-inspired expansion means a whole new set of Destiny 2 Renegades weapons and Destiny 2 Renegades perks. While several returning guns stay familiar, developers Bungie is also introducing new gear in D2 that could redefine how many Guardians approach combat. Since the new update pack just came out recently, we’ll be updating the list as Bungie reveals more additional weapons and perks throughout the expansion.
With that out of the way, here are all the new Destiny 2 Renegades weapons unveiled so far.
All Destiny 2 Renegades Weapons
Bungie has confirmed a full slate of new Legendary and Exotic guns heading into Renegades, along with a batch of never-before-seen perks and traits. We list the weapons first, followed by all perks and origin traits announced so far.

Each weapon comes from different activities across the expansion. For example, Heirloom serves as the new dungeon Exotic, while guns like High Tyrant drop within the Equilibrium activity’s loot pool. Others may come from the campaign, seasonal missions, or the Portal system. Always check activity rewards before you jump in.
New Destiny 2 Renegades Perks
These newly added Destiny 2 Renegades perks are confirmed for the expansion:
- Cooling Baubles
- Delicate Tuning
- Thermal Atomization
Bungie has not revealed the exact functionality of every perk yet, but they are expected to introduce fresh build-crafting options across multiple weapon archetypes.
New Origin Traits in Destiny 2 Renegades
Several new origin traits will also appear on selected drops:
- Air Cooled Core
- Bolt Thrower
- Imperial Allegiance
Their full effects remain unknown for now, but they will likely influence weapon feel, utility, or synergy with subclass abilities.
