Silent Hill f Trophies Explained

Hidden Omamoris – Special upgrades found throughout the game. Some only appear in New Game+. They’re different from Hokora Omamoris (which you buy at shrines). Once collected, they’re replaced with offerings in later playthroughs.
Character Upgrades (Ema) – Wooden plaques that can be exchanged at Hokora Shrines to boost stamina, sanity, health, or Omamori slots. Available across all playthroughs, but duplicates become offerings.
Inventory Upgrades – Each adds +1 to your inventory size. Found in New Game and New Game+.
Trophy-Relevant Documents – Out of 90+ pages in the game, only 37 count toward the Silent Hill f trophy list. Some, like Sakuko’s Diaries and Clinical Trials, appear in multiple runs. Collecting them early prevents extra playthroughs.
Inari-sama Doors and Boxes – Unlockable in New Game+ once you have the Brooch. They contain Hidden Omamoris, Character Upgrades, and trophy-related documents.
