Overwatch 2 PvE Mode was Officially Canned By Blizzard
According to the Overwatch 2 director Aaron Keller, there will be something similar to the PvE that will come before in Season 6. There will be an event that will have a different type of Overwatch 2 PvE with single-player Hero Mastery missions and more. He said that it will be the same thing as announced originally, just done differently. It will be called Story Missions, and it will arrive around August, along with season 6.
They are continuing with a PvE mode to show that they are not completely giving up on PvE for Overwatch 2. That means there is still some hope. Nonetheless, the content for the next seasons seems to be jam-packed and our expectations, though wounded, still reside.
Overwatch 2 is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series S|X, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. For more information on future updates and patch notes, head over to the Official Overwatch 2 Website.
In other gaming news, King Of Fighters XV had an annoying input delay issue. Luckily it has been fixed in King Of Fighters XV Update 1.80. Make sure to check out the patch notes here.
