Diablo IV Update 1.1.2 Analysis
Diablo IV Gameplay Changes
- You can now summon malignant monsters an entire 3 seconds quicker.
- You can’t repeat nightmare dungeons by promoting someone else in the squad.
Diablo IV Class Changes
Blizzard still seems to be slightly experimenting with the classes for now since Diablo IV nearly plummeted downhill after they nerfed all the classes, sorcerer in particular. There were not many Diablo IV class changes in this update, so it seems like the devs still require more data to see how they need to further optimize classes. Hopefully Blizzard won’t be close to the Armageddon of their new game once again.
- Druid’s Boulder got fixed, as it didn’t cross 100% damage
- Druid’s Agitated winds malignant power won’t activate when breaking objects.
Diablo IV Bug Fixes
- Fury Against Fate quest can now be completed.
- Desperate Remedies quest cannot be an infinite Iron Skin Elixirs generator anymore by accepting and then abandoning it over and over again.
- Previously, Call of the Ancients quest would not progress is boss was defeated while squad leader was dead or if Gharl was killed before his dialogue. This is now fixed.
- Side-quests for crafting items will now take you to the correct NPC.
- The world boss notification was fixed, which would not work as intended if one hadn’t completed the Whispers of the Dead.
- Items linked in chat will now properly display on the battle.net app
- Teleportation to dungeon entrances while using abilities that made you invincible is now fixed.
- Some objects that were supposed to be interact-able but were not are now fixed.
- Sometimes, the Calculated malignant power would consume the stun effect on non-damaging abilities. This has now been fixed.
- Fixed some classes not being able to gamble for Helms at the Unsavory Oddities vendor in Fields of Hatred towns.
- Frost effect of the Penitent Greaves didn’t display properly in the final campaign boss arena was fixed.
- Quest items can no longer spawn in towns randomly.
