Developers Bungie’s new expansion for their popular free-to-play FPS has players exploring the Pale Heart of the Traveler to find Visions of the Traveler locations in Destiny 2. This area is filled with collectibles that add depth to the story. The Visions of the Traveler are small figures that trigger new dialogue from characters. Collecting all of these Visions will help you earn the Visionary Triumph and potentially other rewards.

Destiny 2 Visionary Triumph Guide: Where to Start
You can’t start collecting the Visions of the Traveler until you’ve completed The Final Shape’s story campaign and unlocked the full map of the Pale Heart. Once you’ve done this, you can find the Lost City’s Tower, where you can store the Visions. The columns here provide clues about where to find each Vision.
Visions of the Traveler Locations in Destiny 2
Here’s a detailed list of locations where you can find each Vision in the Pale Heart.
Vision 1 – The Landing
Start at The Landing’s transmat zone. Turn left and head toward the edge of the area. You’ll see a scaffold and sitting area to your right and a small pool of water to your left. Drop down into the pool to find the Vision.
Vision 2 – The Blooming
Use the transmat zone in The Blooming and head east. Look up into the trees near the path leading out to The Seclusion. The Vision is nestled in the branches. Use the rocks on the nearby cliff to climb up and reach it.
Vision 3 – The Impasse
From the transmat zone at The Impasse, head north to the Pyramid buildings. The Vision is in the middle of a sculpture with a ring at the top. It’s easy to miss because it’s right in the open.
Vision 4 – The Lost City
Start at the Tower’s transmat zone in the Lost City. Head to Micah-10’s room and exit through the side door. Jump across the rooftops, following the red path. When you reach the end, jump to a small pool with a waterfall to find the Vision behind some rocks.
Vision 5 – The Refraction
From The Landing’s transmat zone, head into The Refraction. Look for a creek along a cliff side path. Find a crystalline cave and look down over the edge to see a creek spilling out of a gap. Jump down and slip into the gap to reach the pool where the Vision is.
Vision 6 – The Seclusion
You need to complete some of Micah-10’s missions to unlock the Searing Light Cyst in The Seclusion. After unlocking it, head to Zavala’s Homestead and turn left to find a waterfall. Go behind it to find a forcefield with Hive runes. Shoot the runes in the order they appear on the forcefield to open it. Inside, you’ll find a shadowy opening that leads to the Vision.
Vision 7 – The Divide
Head into The Divide from The Seclusion or The Impasse. Climb the frozen mountain until you reach the top. Look for a satellite dish on the left side of the buildings at the summit. The Vision is behind the satellite dish.
Vision 8 – The Transgression
Go to The Transgression from The Impasse transmat zone. Head east through the stormy area. Look for a dead tree on the left side of the third stormy section, near some Pyramid columns. The Vision is behind the tree.
Where to Place the Visions
Once you have collected all the Visions, return to the Tower in the Lost City. Go to the transmat zone, turn left, and head under the platform with the stairs. Enter the room that was the Speaker’s chamber in the original Destiny. Place each Vision on a pedestal here. After placing all the Visions, a golden chest will appear in the center. We don’t know yet what it takes to open this chest, but we will update this guide when we find out.
