Specifically, your introduction to this secret dueling group happens during your very first Defense Against the Dark Arts class. This is part of the quest titled Defense Against The Dark Arts Class, which you’ll get right after completing the quest Welcome to Hogwarts. Around the same time, you’ll also unlock the Charms Class quest, but you don’t need to finish that one before joining the dueling club.
During the Defense Against the Dark Arts quest, you’ll have a duel with a Slytherin student named Sebastian Sallow. After the duel, Sebastian will ask if you’re interested in taking part in unsanctioned duels with other students.
Once Sebastian tells you about the club, your next stop is the Clock Tower Courtyard, where the Crossed Wand Dueling Club meets in secret. There are two easy ways to get there:
