The Plume of Purifying Light in Genshin Impact are glowing, golden orbs that are fragments left behind by the Khvarena, mystical entities in the game. You can find these orbs in Gavireh Lajavard, an area within Girdle of the Sands, Semu. While the orbs are easy to spot, collecting them requires a bit more effort.
How To Get Sorush in Genshin Impact
To collect the Plume of Purifying Light, you first need Sorush, a special Pari gadget. You can get Sorush by completing the World Quest “The Splendorous Sky That Day.” This quest is part of the “Khvarena of Good and Evil” series. Once you finish this quest, Sorush will be added to your gadget inventory.
How To Use Plume of Purifying Light in Genshin Impact
With Sorush in your possession, you’re ready to collect the Plume of Purifying Light. These orbs don’t appear on your World Map, but they will show up as unique icons on your mini-map when you’re nearby. Here’s how to use Sorush to grab them:
- Equip Sorush: When you’re close to a Plume of Purifying Light, use the Gadget Button to equip Sorush.
- Control Sorush: Once equipped, you can control Sorush using the commands displayed on the bottom right of your screen. Glide Sorush toward the Plume of Purifying Light.
- Use Sorush’s Elemental Skill: When you reach the Plume, use Sorush’s Elemental Skill to trigger a mini-game. In this mini-game, you need to collect all the fragments of the Plume within a set time. After collecting all the fragments and the final core piece, you’ll obtain the complete Plume of Purifying Light.
There are 36 Plumes of Purifying Light scattered throughout the game, so you’ll have plenty to collect.
Offer the Plumes of Purifying Light to Amrita Pool
Once you’ve gathered some Plumes of Purifying Light, head to the Amrita Pool. This is where you can put the Plumes to good use. Offering Plumes to the Amrita Pool will level it up and grant you randomized blessings each time. After you’ve collected and offered all 36 Plumes, you’ll receive a special reward. Additionally, once you’ve collected 30 Plumes, the Amrita Pool will help you locate the final 6.
To unlock the Amrita Pool, you need to complete the World Quest “Heart of Amrita.” So, be sure to finish that quest as soon as possible so you can start using the Plumes of Purifying Light you’ve collected with Sorush.
