Finding Feilian Beringal in Wuthering Waves
Once you reach Union Level 10, you can access Echo Boss challenges to boost your Resonators. Feilian Beringal’s lair is located in the southern part of the map, in the Dim Forest area. The map highlights the central tree structure there. Finding Feilian Beringal in Wuthering Waves is straightforward, but watch out for toxic spores that will infect you. If the infection meter fills up, you will faint and respawn at a nearby Resonance Beacon. Here’s how to get to the boss:
- Go to the Resonance Beacon near Thorny Passage.
- In the swamp, the pollution will increase. Quickly unlock the Resonance Beacon on the west side of Giant Banyan.
- Now you’ll be at the entrance to the boss. Follow the path into the tree. Be careful not to miss it as it looks like a dead end.
- Inside the tree, you’ll find a large area with hanging cages and Feilian Beringal in the center.
How to Defeat Wuthering Waves Feilian Beringal
Feilian Beringal, an Aero-type Echo resembling a gorilla, uses the arena’s open space to launch itself at you or perform strong attacks. Make sure your team is at least Level 35. Expect a lot of dodging as Feilian’s combos usually consist of three quick hits. Avoid getting too close when it moves away, as it may tackle or crush you. Position yourself behind it after dodging its attacks to counterattack, but watch out for its area attacks and shockwaves.
It’s best to avoid using characters with the same attributes as the boss. I used a team with Resonator Spectro, Verina, and Jiyan. Jiyan dealt significant damage when Feilian Beringal was stunned, and Verina helped keep my team alive.
Feilian Beringal Boss Guide: Rewards You Can Earn
After defeating the boss, you’ll need 60 Waveplates to claim the rewards. Completing the Feilian Beringal challenge can earn you:
- Union EXP x450
- Medium Energy Core x5
- Shell Credits x4800
- Roaring Rock Fist x1
- Intimacy Points x180
- Medium Resonance Potion x5
- Medium Sealed Tube x3
The Roaring Rock Fist is especially valuable for ascending some Aero Resonators. Additionally, Feilian Beringal is one of the Phantom Echoes, so you can also obtain its Shiny form.
